    Your piano is positioned, polished and tuned where required.

  6. Collection

    We return at the agreed time and remove the piano.

The right access

Access and placement are assessed before delivery. For a stage, check the instrument specifications, especially its weight for staging.

A clear arrival window

A four-hour delivery or collection window is confirmed by email, with a live update within one hour of arrival.

One quiet hour

Allow an hour for on-site tuning after the piano settles. Our expert tuners prefer a quiet room.
